I have called them three times trying to rent equipment from them every time I call I am put on hold and after waiting 10 min nobody answers.I try to support a smaller business but after this experience I guess it's back to the big box stores

We had the best customer service today at the store from a very nice lady. She helped us find everything we were looking for. She was very versed in the items and even drilled a hole in the handle for the squeegee. And after all that, she pushed our cart out to the car and loaded it for us. Best customer service. Please know it was most impressive and we will refer all our friends your way. Thank you!!

This store is definitely the one to check for hard to find things like light bulbs of all sorts! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend any do-it-yourself types check them out.
