They lied to my mom when my uncle passed away. Telling her they wouldn't release a car title. When she paid it off, they told her there was no lien and that she must have misunderstood. She's a widow. They are just liars.

I was told something completely different over the phone to bring in my ID which I told the girl over the phone different name and address and have 2 pieces of mail and know my social security number go there and was told no because they need a "verifying factor" never will go again and just rude altogether

TBK bank bullies and take advantage of people on Disability. They remove the overdraft protection on this ladys account back in December. And now months later not knowing the the bank themselves removed it. She was hit with 6 overdraft fees. In less then 2 weeks. She try to get this fix because she gets 1 check a month. She call multiple times. And have friends call for her. She on disability. Manager at kimberly wouldnt talk to me cause I'm not on the account. But want to treat a disability lady any type of way. How are you going say we can remove 2 of the fees if she makes a deposit today. Charging here 31 dollars per overdraft fee which shouldnt happen when she sign up on overdraft protection to prevent this from happening. You decide to remove the overdraft protection to make money on people without there knowledge. Bad business pratice. She gets a check once a month. Manager at the location on west Kimberly name Dee. Terrible person taking advantage of a disability lady. How is she going pay her Bill's when she have to pay the bank for all the overdraft that shouldnt happen in the first place. Me and Her friends are going start a protest at this location for bad business pratice and taking advantage of person on disability. We have the 5 calls recorded how they treat a person on disability. We trying get this resolve for 2 weeks. We try reach out to regional manger. But sounds like who ever the regional manager is doesnt care as well. Cause they never called us back. If any news company wants statements or record calls or bank statement. We will be happy to provide. And we have on call they admitting of removing the over protection off the account in December and said they sent out emails and mail to let everyone know. That she never recieve. All her friends are sharing this around Facebook as well. Let people know tbk bank is just another bad pratice bank like wells fargo.

Open 7 days a week. That's right a bank that doesn't work Bankers Hours. The drive through is open short hours on Sunday. I started banking with them years ago because the have, by far the most ATM's in this area
