worst bank there is. absolutely horrific and nothing but trouble. you'll have a pending charge for a week, then it disappears only for oit to reappear a week later. when you contact the place it said you used your card, they say there are no recent charges. bank refuses to do anything about it nor are they unable to answer any questions because they are unable to explain why they continue to attempt to steal your money.

This bank is an absolute joke and is very sneaky at trying to get loads of overdraft fees. They always say they don't know anything, started realizing every weekend my account decided to tell me I have $50-$70 MORE than what I really have and come Monday I'm somehow overdrawn and when I call them out on it they shrug or get super defensive and hang up, then when I threaten to switch banks they just basically tell me that sucks and also hang up. Worst banking experience I've EVER HAD!!!!

Tbk Bank is Like Wells Fargo. We going start a protest against them for my friend. They have bad business practice. Did you know tbk bank remove everyone's over draft protection back in December. On there own. They said they sent mails out to let people know. My friend never recieved it. So they can make money on over draft on people not knowing. Did you know they dont care about the disabled that banks with them. That gets a check once a month. There taking advantage of them

Been banking with them for 3 years. I asked if i can get a starter loan to build my credit only for them to laugh at my face and tell me that il never be eligible to get any benefits with them. They were not helpful with me at all and pretty much told me that even if i switched to other banks or credit unions i would be told the same which was a lie. Rude employees, snotty supervisors and poor services. i would think after being with them for 3 years id get some benefit but that was a lie. i switched to a different bank and went to a credit union. from start they said i was eligible for a starter loan and that they help build my credit from the ground up and offer rewards when i reach my goals and make on time payments and were shocked about my experience at TBK. TBK bank is the biggest joke and im glad i no longer bank with them anymore. if i would've known earlier i would've switched immediately. DO NOT BANK WITH TBK. Your better off banking with a credit union instead that will help you instead of making fun of you.

This bank failed to order my debit card when I opened my account. I am still waiting a month later to receive it. They also made the mistake of almost closing my account because they confused it with my fathers.
