Manager Kayla was wonderful and super helpful! She explained how everything works and was kind enough to pull the truck up for me! She even helped with taking picture to upload before I left. Check in process was super easy. Employee was friendly! 5 star rating.

Do not rent from sent me a letter saying price of unit is going up to help keep facilities clean then when I got there they said it was because they were at 100% why up price when your full?..there are red tags all over from unpaid units if they can't afford the unit now how are they when you jack up the price they pro rated me moving in but wouldn't when I moved out so there gonna rerent my unit and make $300 on a $164 unit money hungry addicts BEWARE they are not the owner like they say they only have 1 tenth of stock in the company so don't let the owner name tags full you I have numbers if you need to contact the the corporate of this company

Owner is unprofessional has his child in the work place with him, thats fine but upon approaching and asking in regards to business deals with the trucks he told me unless i was fedex i basically wasn’t getting a deal. Didn’t even give me or my business partner a chance what a delight

Attempted to rent a trailer from U-Haul in Moline and was unsuccessful. Reserved it a day and a half in advance and was told everything was ready for us, but when we got there, the trailer was under a foot of snow, and the lady at the counter was rude and unhelpful. She told me she was sending our paperwork and payment over to Rock Island U Haul and the trailer would be ready to use right away. When we got to Rock Island they had no idea about our situation.I will never use Moline U Haul ever again and the woman behind the counter should not be working with the public. Rude, irresponsible, and incompetent.
