If I could I would give this place a zero. I had an order sent there for medical equipment that I need at the beginning of October. A week after the order was sent I called and left a message for Kristen (Ibelieve that was her name) and requested a call back. Well 2 weeks went by and I never received a call back so, I decided to stop by on a Friday. I spoke to a lady at the front desk who then called Kristen over to find out what was going on. I explained to Kristen that I called and left a message 2 weeks ago and I never received a call back. She responded with "I always call everyone back." I then said well I haven't received a call back. When I tried to explain to her how important it was for my health that I receive this equipment she was pretty dismissive about it. Saying "well I have people that have been waiting since March." When speaking with her she had an I don't care attitude, argumentative and her tone was very unprofessional. I dont know who the boss of this place is but, if I were them I would not want someone like that representing me or my company. At the end she said she would call me back on Monday. Well needless to say we are almost 2 weeks out and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

What a terrible experience trying to get compression stockings for my brother. I was told if the Dr faxes a script they have 95 faxes waiting and they didn't know when they would get to it. Compression stockings were $80.00, got comparable at Walgreens for $35.00, just not the name brand.

I am so frustrated with this home supply company. 3 weeks ago the order was sent to the Moline office. No contact back. On Monday this week, I called and left a message, because the previous Friday couldn't get to pick up item. No return phone call. Today is 10/13/2021. Today they tell me they can't send the mask to her, but I can pay for shipping, $20. I purchased 3 masks for $5.00 and no shipping. What a crock! Won't even consider any business with this company again. And the worse thing is, my daughter has asthma! Thanks for you help, Unity Point!

Attempted to get a cpap machine from them. Ended up waiting weeks before they said that my office note was out of date & from the beginning of the year.....even though I had all the settings figured and most recent Dr appointment done the week the prescription/request was sent in....by the Dr.Spent another week fighting with them getting what ever paper they needed. Eventually got mad and sat on the phone while they looked for the thing that had now been sent 2 or 3 times. They finally found it in their paperwork.Scheduled the appointment to FINALLY get it (which ment taking time off work) only to be told last min that I couldn't get it because they were looking at something & just knew insurance wasn't going to cover it.Ended up talking to Dr office, which was really confused because they had already checked with insurance & yes it was covered. Dr office called a place in Iowa for me. That place had me all set up in one week & the only reason it took that long was because there was a holiday.Summery: spent around 3 mo being jerked around by these guys and ultimately was told I could only get the machine if I paid out of pocket. Competitor in Iowa had me set up and out the door in 1 week & fully covered by insurance.This place cost me wages due to needing to take time off for an appointment they ended up canceling.In addition,, since cpaps are a rent to own & I had hit my max out of pocket for the year, that 3 month delay would have been months at no cost to me. Now it's that much farther into the new year and a new benefit period.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I was done with my oxygen months ago and they just kept refusing to pick it up and just kept charging my insurance. Rude customer service.

Worst service I have ever had.I guess since they are propped up by the bloated medical/insurance industrythey don't feel accountable. I wish I could go somewhere else for my supplies!

UPDATE: After leaving several more messages, without a return call, I drove to the office. Ruth and Kadie were wonderful!! Got me a new mask, and gave me their direct lines. Changing to 3 star.I just got a C-pap machine, and I am having problems with the mask. Impossible to get anyone to call back. Poor customer service. I understand that they just switched to a new system - but at least make an effort to call customers back. !! Just about ready to switch to a different supplier! Very frustrating.

I had a sleep study done in December 2019, results back in February, order was sent them the second week of February from sleep clinic and I never received a call. I left 3 messages and no one ever called back. I called again and finally they say oh we never got the order let me check the clinics system oh yeah here it is we never got it. They say they will work on the insurance approval that week and call me by next week to schedule appointment. Well it is now June and 6 months since my sleep study. Glad my insurance company wasted money paying for all these services for no reason.

Very unprofessional. Don't call you back. This is now my 3rd time waiting for my cpap supplies and it's been 3 weeks again. I'm going to see if there is another business to get my supplies. I called yesterday and haven't heard back.
