Got double charged for a transaction, disputed it, and US Bank denied the claim. Was a customer for 7 years but immediately closed both of my accounts.

I have been in line in the drive thru multiple times before they close and was refused to make my deposit. Offered the night drop and that I could go back on Monday and pick up my receipts. Today they closed up the drive thru before 5pm. I am beyond frustrated with this Moline Branch on ave of the cities. It’s a waste of my gas and time. What happened to customer service?

It is not the name that makes the bank it is the people. This location has the best people I have ever had the chance to work with. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Was told multiple times that my savings account would take protect my checking account if anything would come out negative. So it finally happened wasnt able to make it to the bank to transfer but i remembered they said that my savings would take care of it. WELL they lied. Then told me my account wasnt set up like that. But i was told face to face that it was. Now im in the hole and they wont fix it because their employee said it was set up. Customer service first??? yea not at us bank they just want to take you money. they dont care about what their employees do as the face of the company. Had us bank for 3 years now and im going some where different. DONT USE US BANK

I went there with a check to cash from an out of state branch. The entire staff including the manager assured me the funds would be avail the next day after me double and triple checking by asking if they were sure. They WERENT avail. Poorly trained staff and manager...
