I was a customer of the us cellular store in Moline. I will never go there again. I will take my business to a rock island store. I have always paid on time by putting my payment in the Dropbox. They discarded my check. Threw it away like it was trash. What idiots. Thanks alot.

After waiting in line for almost an hour I was told I cannot cancel one of my four lines in the store. I can only call their customer service number.

Most the times I go there Tiffany ends up helping us. I bought my 1st iPhone and it wouldn't let me create an account. Shes so far went above and beyond trying everything ro set one up. She called apple and sat on the phone with them forever and even though we haven't got it set up( due to apple) shes been so helpful!

A lady named Viviana took care of me. She was the absolute best!!! I bought an Apple Watch for my daughter and she was so sweet and helpful. She even wrapped it for her with a cute ribbon and bow. Talking to her was a whole vibe I felt like I’ve known her my whole life. Highly recommended!!!
