post office has been without AC for last month temperatures over 100 and we pay for their services we cannot let this happen post office government do something about this. We pay you taxes and we pay for every mail that you guys send it over.

While in town, my husband and I stopped here to mail a package. There were two male postal workers at the front desk. Neither were in a rush to help. The first one asked what I needed, and upon handing him the small package I needed mailed, he handed it back to me. He let me know he could not help me because he did not have receipt tape in his machine. I could see he was involved in his own task behind the counter. He could have told me he could not assist me, instead of taking my package and then handing it back to me.
I stepped over to the second attendant who did not make me feel welcome, but rather acted like I was bothering him. He took my package and read aloud what the screen in front of me was showing as far as parcel contents. Once my transaction was complete, he never said thank you or anything as far as customer service was concerned.
I would definitely recommend that these two guys receive some sort of customer service classes very soon.

Did not tell me accurate tracking status and lied to me with false hope with my package, if you have problems with a package and you wanna go here don’t get your hopes up cause I bet the workers are lazy not even the phone number helps you out

Ordered a package 1 week ago and it keeps saying it’s being processed at this location. It’s been 4 days🤦♀️ and I still have got it. It was supposed to be delivered the 8th.

Not sure what to do about this but i checked my P.O. Box today and the envelope holding my replacement debit card wasn't sealed???? I tried to call and see why that would happen and their phone system is THE WORST! Idk but I really hope the workers aren't opening people's mail!

Had an appointment to get my passport at 10:15 a.m.
Stood there for 45 minutes, the people in front of me just got done, two people walked up, and the lady let them right in, in front of me like she didn't see me standing there.
Go elsewhere for your passport if possible.

Was supposed to receive a package from Amazon on March 20. Well they tried to use the parcel box and the package didn't fit. I tried to reschedule the delivery and it never happened. Can't get a hold of anyone at the post office. And why didn't they just leave it at my door like everyone else??

This is the worst post office in the qc I moved downtown had to pay for a mailbox key which was almost 3 weeks ago haven't gotten it yet and whenever I come in to check my hold mail it's like everyone in there has smoked the fattest blunt and no one knows nothing. I'm so mad and frustrated all I want is my mail and key so I never have to come there ??

Come on USPS I do not drive and the effen cab service in this town is just as lousy as you guys are. I get a notice in the mailbox that a delivery that did not get delivered yesterday has to be picked up in the post office and its a freaking dvd. 15$ and you think i do not deserve to have it delivered. Yesterday it said it was not delivered. Today i get left a notice. Then when I go to try to get it redelivered the notice on the website is it can not be redelivered when it was your fault i never got it in the first place. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I'm beginning to wonder about this town in general. its cheaper to order another and pray the damn thing actually gets to me. One time i never got the item but no notice was left unless of of course it was left in someone else's box. Another time my object was delivered to another and another person's box was given to me.
