My husband and I stopped in because we needed help with a couple things on our phones and Marcus was instantly attentive, courteous, and took care of things with no hassle. He made us feel comfortable when answering our questions, and we appreciate the service.

The manager Travis lied..about how much it would cost to change because the plan i was on no longer existed and the new 1 was $30 cheaper. and now my service sucks. At home I get messages about my service having a bad connection 😒
