My husband and I stopped in because we needed help with a couple things on our phones and Marcus was instantly attentive, courteous, and took care of things with no hassle. He made us feel comfortable when answering our questions, and we appreciate the service.

The store closes at 5pm. What's that about? I walk in at 4:30 and I get bombarded with "the store closes at 5"...like, you better think twice if you want us to help you. I even heard one of the associates say I'm leaving at 5 and I don't care who is waiting. Very disappointed.

The manager Travis lied..about how much it would cost to change because the plan i was on no longer existed and the new 1 was $30 cheaper. and now my service sucks. At home I get messages about my service having a bad connection ๐

I have been sitting in my car at this Verizon store with my boyfriend and his mother trying to swap phones, tech support over the phone was one of the most abysmal experiences of my life. Going into the store to try to get Verizon to talk to their own people was also a a joke. I do not appreciate being laughed at when expressing my frustration after a 2-hour God damn wait with the most incompetent, eggplant-brained, embarrassingly rudimentary tech people in my life. This is why I don't use Verizon, and I wish my boyfriend didn't.

Everyone was super helpful. I had an issue with my S24 Ultra camera. They were very transparent about the exchange policy and options available to me. They advised me to try multiple settings to help; ultimately, they replaced my phone under warranty, which completely fixed the issues I was having. Very satisfied

This is really just a review for Devin. He's the man. Not sure why rest of staff was avoiding me but Devin came right up to me as soon as he was done with another customer and turned what could have been a 3 hour process into a quick answer in 3 minutes. Thanks Devin!
