Went here to upgrade my phone don’t know how I walked out with a iPad watch and home internet.
I know how it was so inviting Chris was an Awesome Sales person. Showed me So much value in consolidating my Internet and streaming services with Verizon Netflix, Hulu Disney+, Max and ESPN something he called a 5 for $20. Along with that free free on that iPad and watch. Chris you’re my new bro 😎 Thanks again!!!

Better than the corporate store. Isaiah waited on me and provided excellent customer service, he took his time explaining to me the difference between the new S25 devices. He didn't talk down to me or made feel stupid for not knowing the differences between the phones. Bought the 25 ultra, with the tablet promo. Left a happy Verizon customer. :)

Isaiah was such an immense help! Really put my faith back in Verizon after my awful experience at the South Park location almost caused me to walk out and drive my not-so-happy tush over to T-Mobile. I instead took a leap of faith and headed over to this Avenue location, to be greeted warmly by the one associate available. He helped me upgrade my phone and made the process not only incredibly easy and streamlined, but also was a great conversationalist during the whole experience. He expertly fielded phone calls while also assisting me, which as an assistant manager in retail myself, I was incredibly impressed by.
If ever you need help with Verizon, I highly recommend going to see Isaiah at this location!
