I was looking for a financial institution that had a higher interest rate than most banks. An online search brought up several. I called two & got a response from Vibtant. Chris helped with transferring funds & helping set up my account. He was knowledgeable & extremely willing to help. Was very pleased with his service & hope to in the future

Great Credit Union with great customer service which provides competitive rates on Savings and CDs. There's also a great cash back credit back which I would recommend to everyone.

Wow. Dani Latham went above and beyond to help me set up an account due to me being out of the country and running into limitations. She has redefined what banking needs to look and feel like from this point forward. Excellent customer service and complete dedication. I had forgotten what top notch service looks like in the banking world. Highly recommend!!!

They can't help you with anything. I've been been banking with them for years. I usually get paid on Friday and this time it's not posting until Monday. They see the amount and they have seen it post every 2 weeks for years yet they don't release the funds and blame my employer which is the federal government. They closed the closest bank and now I have to drive 1 hr each way just to see anyone in person. I can't wait to switch banks because they don't care about you and would rather waste money on a coffee shop than putting a bank back .

No way after hours to talk to someone who I can understand. Accent to strong from representative and manager. Fraud happen all in one day with no notice ( that's is set up). Only phone number is to the call center that told me to call during business hours. Need HELP ASAP!
