My prescription was called in over 24 hours ago and still not ready. I've called twice. I need the prescription for upcoming procedure.

I have COPD and I’m going through an exacerbation and needed my nebulizer treatment immediately. They had them ready within 12 minutes. They are amazing with all of my meds up there and I really appreciate it.

It’s not that hard to stay on top of getting a script filled. If the Doctor can write the script and the insurance covers the medication. What’s the issue that the staff is so incompetent??

Been coming to pharmacy for years. Time to go elsewhere, wait in line for 45 minutes to find out prescription hasn't been started with no idea how long it will take to get filled, after being told it will be ready 45 prior to getting there. UNSATISFACTORY

I had a vaccine appointment at 110. Checked in online, did "paperwork" before coming. Got here a little early. Still sat for 30 min before being told it'll be another 10 min. I called before coming about pricing, told there was a voucher. After waiting and waiting then told I had to get in line for voucher. To be told they don't have vouchers. Please go anywhere more knowledgeable.

I placed an online order with Walgreens on a Wednesday, during a regular week with no holidays. The day after, 15 hours past the promised delivery time, I decided to cancel the order. When I contacted Walgreens customer service, they told me they couldn’t assist and advised me to call the store instead—then hung up on me.
I tried calling the store, but no one answered. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service again, and this time they suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card company, which I found completely unhelpful.
Thankfully, after a lot of effort, I finally got in touch with a pharmacist who managed to reach someone at Walgreens and successfully canceled my order. The pharmacist was the only helpful part of this entire experience and definitely deserves a raise for their efforts.
Overall, Walgreens' customer service was shockingly poor, but the pharmacist's assistance was outstanding.

The employees work so hard here, they are patient and courteous. However they should organize a union for better working conditions, the CEO allows them to work short staffed with minimal pay while she made 28 million this past year.

Store is very well organized, clean, good deals, and very good customer service. Pharmacy drive thru is busy half the time but they get people thru as fast ad they can.

Heather the new pharmacy technician at Moline Avenue of the cities location was fantastic. Walgreens is very lucky to have a employee like her and this location should also count themselves lucky that she works for them. MS

I waited a half an hour in the drive-thru line. I explained that I didn’t need one of the prescriptions that were ready. The tech ended up canceling the wrong one. So I left with the prescription I didn’t need. I went inside within 10 minutes of realizing the error. The pharmacist was needed to help me to authorize the return. But she couldn’t locate my prescription that was complete 10 minutes earlier. I waited 30 minutes while she helped at least 3 other employees. I spoke up and explained to her again that I’ve already waited and just wanted my prescription that was already prepared.
I tried picking up this prescription the previous day (Sunday) too. I was in the drive thru line, I was behind one car. I wasn’t aware that the pharmacy hours changed until I looked at the pharmacy window and noticed it was dark inside. I was next in line and heard the other customer next to me dropping off prescriptions. There were people working there! It was 5:02 PM. I understand now that the pharmacy was closed. But why couldn’t the person working the drive thru window just have the decency to tell me that??? I’m so upset over both of these situations that I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another company.

VERY INCOMPETENT, I have had surgery and immediately went to get my medication as I'm advised to stay ahead of the pain with my medications. Visited at 11 where we found everything closed and had to ask an employee to find out they'd gone to lunch (not posted accurately anywhere) waited till 1130 to find out they they didn't have my pain killers in stock. They said it would be ready by 2 and thankfully I'd had the mind to call them to see if they had it ready. They did not. The people here either are too incompetent to monitor their inventory or too lazy to fill prescriptions. After I was told it wouldn't be until 445, I called and had my pharmacist switched and had my medication within half an hour. incompetence stemming from lack of inventory monitoring and from the look of other reviews, selfishness.
