It's a Wal-Mart. Our local one (Moline, Illinois) is pretty clean and most often well stocked. The employees who pull "online orders" don't seem bothered to help you find an item you can't licate.

Hard to shop with all the pickers hogging the aisles. I miss the days of pre-COVID when people actually had to go shopping . Understandable for people with handicaps or sicknesses but this is just lazy.

Love Wal-Mart and their deals and merch. However, ever since they made everyone start using the U Scanner, the employees don't seem to care to help any customers. I asked where a certain item was and was answered with, "oh, yeah I don't know if we have that or where it is"...............not oh let me ask someone or go look or find out. I feel like since patrons do all the work of shopping now we should get even better deals or offers or something. Great store just all seem to have lazy apathetic employees.....sad.

Son got an online order this evening that caused a gun to be drawn and his order to be thrown into a ditch on the highway. I called every number for the Moline store, but no one would answer at ANY department for 2 hours.

Either walmart or the security company needs to be enforcing the reserved spots for pickup parking. I had to drive around like 10 times before a spot became open due to all the spots full of cars with noone in them due to people using them for regular parking. Employees will see people walking to their cars and load up the cars but don't say anything to them.
