“I had originally posted a not so good review cause I was not happy especially when I found out my trailer wasn’t washed out but instead of leaving another bad review I decided to call the manager and I have to say that they went above and beyond to fix the issue and they fixed it very fast and were completely sorry that it happened I will definitely be using them again because they actually do care about the customer all I have to say is call them and they will take care of the problem”
“I had a great experience with Chris at Maury's repair shop and wanted to share. Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He and his staff took the time to thoroughly look over my vehicle for hail damage and provided a detailed estimate completely free of charge.
What really stood out was how low-pressure the whole process felt—no sales tactics, no pushing me into repairs, just honest and straightforward help. He was patient, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my options.
It’s not always easy to find someone trustworthy in this space, but this was definitely one of those experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing collision or hail damage repair.”

“I went to Sparkle Express for my regular wash and to clean out my trunk. While throwing stuff out I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage! That is the WORST feeling! The 3 people on staff Nadia, Kayla and Julian were so helpful to me. We looked 2-3 times in the garbage cans without any results. Nadia said let’s help her. Julian said let’s check 1 more time , Kayla removed a box and there they were! The domino effect of them being lost would have messed up my week probably month! I must say I have the monthly wash package and have been going since it was Fullers and I never quite cared for their staff. Sparkle staff is more friendly and personable.”

“I miss my local lunch spot for fresh hot pizza and hot dog bar with all the toppings ? It’s still the best and I randomly stop in to visit all my hard working friends here. Plus picnic tables for a quick lunch outside. Extra bonus is there’s a Dunkin Donuts on site and drive thru. This location is spotless, fully stocked and has friendly workers. Keep up the great work.”

“Ive come a few times, I would love if there was a hook to hook the hose to so when finished it isn't dangling in the way of next customer. Would be a cheap and great addition and you can wrap it by forcing the hose around the spray but vast majority won't and it just extra work that really could be fixed with a few hooks drilled into wall.Nothing beside that was out of place, cleaned my car, did it cheap, had no issues or lines.”

Udo's Car Wash - located just North of Prairie State College on S. Halsted St., in Chicago Heights, Illinois did a great job washing my car, have been family owned and operated for 22+ years and it was nice to not have to get involved with the nightmare that is down the street at Delta Sonic - I hate waiting in lines, to the point it's backing up traffic, and that's pretty much what Delta Sonic does. “Just had two cars exterior detail with clay bar treatment. One car had some overspray area's and the other had some scruff marks. Neither came out from just waxing from other car wash vendors. Highly rated body shops were trying to sale ridiculous paint work to correct. It was my audi dealer that recommended clay bar treatment. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by SoftTouch.
