“We had an amazing experience at House of Lala for my daughter’s lip gloss party! The space is adorable and perfectly set up for a fun, girly celebration. The kids had such a great time creating their own lip glosses, and everything was well organized and engaging from start to finish.
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure all the girls felt special and included. It was the perfect size for our group and made for great photo moments. My daughter and her friends are still talking about it!

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“Shopped this past Sunday, July 2nd. Been in this shop many times but this past Sunday was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the employee working this morning. Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”

“I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand. “I received good customer service. The prices on most of the merchandise are pretty good. I didn't have to wait in line for long. There were a few shoes on the floor and a chair in one of the aisles but overall this location was very clean and organized. I had a quiet and peaceful shopping experience. I would definitely visit again.”
