If I could rate a half star, I would. I have been banking with the Monee branch since I moved here 12 years ago. Since 2024, I have experienced the worst customer service much like I am bothering the staff the minute I walk in the door and it happens in the drive thru as well. I'm now sorry that I referred my mother and my partner to join ONB. The both of them have experienced the staff's poor attitudes. Everyone hands out payroll checks, if staff moral is that low, do us a favor and choose a different line of work.

They say by appointment only- so you call to get an appointment and you get a recording that lies that someone will come and that you are important...-then it decides you are not important and sending you to voicemail. Tried multiple times. Guess they do not need new business.

Adam is professional and accommodating. He is great person to be bank manager with his experience & customer service. You need more signs. Bank hidden in corner.

Open hours should be longer and open longer on weekends.

Business hours are not preferred. They open at 9am and closed at 5pm during the week.

The manager Adam is rude, insensitive and basically acts kind but talks to you like it's a public aid office and you are beneath him or like I am his child, .he is not accomodating...this entire First Midwest to OLD NATIONAL has been a nightmare...it's not the same bank...I WILL FIND ANOTHER BRANCH!!!!
