When I received the call that my grandmother had passed away, I first called Michelle Hanrahan, and she assured me that she would take all the necessary steps to ensure that my grandmother was transported to Skyline within a couple of hours, and that is exactly what happened. I then met with Michelle and Denae the next day and I was so incredibly impressed with their compassion, guidance, and unconditional support. I knew at that moment that my prayers were answered. Michelle and her staff held my hand through the entire process of finalizing the arrangements. My grandmother's wake was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beautiful flowers to the incredible job with the embalming (my grandmother looked beautiful), to Pastor Randy's incredible service, I knew then that God had worked directly through these individuals to make this a celebration of life, and not just an ordinary wake and funeral.
