Called about a machine and about financing. I was told they would talk to the financing manager and get back to me.. I even told them how serious I was and explained that I had a large down payment. It's a shame, I was serious about buying a machine but no longer from them...sucky customer service... my money will go elsewhere ?. Oh and don't let them lie to you about the hisun machines being built in Texas. A simple Google search will tell you that its a Chinese make hunk of junk

I was driving from MI to SD. Trailering my UTV, the roof flew off. After calling around to a few other CFMOTO dealers and not finding a roof. I called Ginas(found by searching) they had the roof in stock. When I arrived at Ginas, I was met with friendly staff that understood that I was on a timeline and needed to get back on the road ASAP. Their tech fit me in and had me back on the road super fast. Thank you. I ? appreciate people like you. Would Recommend ?

Gina's Motorsports has a great service department. They helped me out on my recent road trip! Ken wrote up the ticket right away, mechanic Brian fixed the o-ring on the oil fill cap of my new Triumph Tiger 850 Sport, and Clarence washed the bike so it looked like new! Thank you to the whole team at Gina's for keeping me on the road!

I purchased a 2022 Hisun Sector 550 from this location, (AKA Gina's Motorsports). Purchasing a Hisun was my mistake, but the salesman did his job and played it up. I paid outright and now seven months later it's a useless hunk of metal and plastic. My first clue should have been when I was told I couldn't test drive it. My second clue was when it was delivered it was missing seat pins and the 3500 lb winch. I contacted the salesman and was honestly told that parts were likely taken off it for another customer's Hisun. For weeks they said they would deliver the parts. I eventually had to go pick them up. I've had several starting issues over the last seven months, but now it completely fails to start. I called and the woman in service was very honest with me (thank you); she said Hisun have an insane amount of problems and it will likely sit in their shop for months before being fixed. And an additional $100 to come pick it up. I guess they could at least send me a thank you note for the free $12,000 that I gave them for a useless machine. Again, a one year old machine, bought 7 months ago, 16 TOTAL miles on it, and $12,000. What a mess...

I’ve discovered a lot of negative stuff about my slingshot once I got it home. I was lied to ALOT. I’m still waiting on stuff that was promised to me, and it was included in my deal that was on paper.. I constantly call to get updates and see we’re my accessories are and no one really cares about me anymore now that they got the sale. I’ve basically gotten passed around like a football.

I had $2500 worth of work done to my bike including a new motor.when they installed the new motor they put all the old parts from my old motor on the new motor instead of replacing it with new parts for the motor.the belt broke on the inside of the motor the 1st day I drove it. They tried to charge me $300 to fix it.I'm glad I didn't pay it because as soon as they gave it to me, I got on it and rolledThe 2nd day I drove it, it broke again because they used the old belt from my old motorAnd this they told me out of their own mouthsuch poor service.???♂️

? ? I had the best experience at Gina's Motorsports. JB my sales representative was great. And Tammy in finance was so wonderful. And I can't say enough about the GM Dan, He's very respectful and understanding GM that I ever met. And the whole staff was super .I recommend Gina's Motorsports for the best deals around. PS I got a great deal on a Honda goldwing trike and they deliver. God bless everyone at Gina's Motorsports , your family and friends as well. ?

We have problems from the beginning, the cf motto was supposed to be a birthday present but it wasn't ready on time and they kept changing the date they put it together when we said we didn't want it anymore and after 2 weeks it broke down and they fixed it but there was a noice and we couldn't change gears and they told me I did something to it and hang up, we had to pay 3 times to get it picked up and dropped off and the guy that got it for us complain about how it took them 1.5 hours to find the keys when I told them someone will be there to pick it up and it was really dirty. They are nice and professional at the beginning but once you sign the papers they are a nightmare so unorganized.

This place gave my husband a complete headache, he bough a new four wheeler here an he regrets it, customer service was really bad! Also four wheeler had some missing parts and for the dealer to get those parts took over a month, also prices are bad, he found out latter that prices are way better in other dealerships

Not too great of an experience. Called in to see if they'd be interested in buying my CFMoto motorcycle from me (since they're a CFMoto dealer). The guy told me to email him photos and my info. This was on a Wednesday morning. I called again Thursday and was told he'd call me back, called again on Friday afternoon and was told he was at lunch again and would call me back, called again Saturday afternoon and they finally put me through to him just to have him say "Nah that's not something we're going to be interested in." It's hard to feel like I wasn't just being blown off after having to call so many times to get a short answer like that with no additional explanation.

Just brought my 2023 slingshot sl on Friday (4/7/23)and I absolutely love it. Was very happy with the whole experience Jessica is a great sales person. I highly recommend them.
