I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Every time I have stayed I have never had any issues. For the most part it is pretty quiet. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are very nice as well. They allowed me to check in early with no issues once before.
The rooms are always clean when we check in. The bedding and towels have always been clean. As many times as I have stayed here I have never seen any bugs nor stains on anything. There is just your typically wear in the rooms. Tv, fridge, ac/heat units, microwave, shower, and sink all work just fine with no issues.
They provide breakfast in the morning which is always good, I’ve never seen anything expired or spoiled.
Prices per night are very reasonable.
The location is quiet. There are plenty of fast food places around and a couple of gas stations.
I will always come here when I’m in the area and would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay if in the area.

Booked for 2nd to 3rd. Got there and said 3rd to 4th. So I tried to change it and they said it would be $50 more

I would only recommend this motel if you’re doing a one night stay. I haven’t received my deposit back per there policy it’s 10 business days. I checked out on the 22nd of September and here it is October 5. I’ve called twice and they have hung up the phone twice in my face. Doesn’t waste your time or money with this place

Room was dirty, left this afternoon with full refund from Expedia ,not hotel, after we found bed bugs in our room. Tried to upgrade me to jacuzzi suite keep me quiet about it and i told him no this place is gross, unhygienic and im leaving with my money. My wife was bitten . Hotel only wanted to refund 1 day. Avoid this place.
Rooms: Gross and unkept. Ours had bedbugs.

I stayed on June 8th, 2024 for work purpose.The issue with this hotel is communication / service / room. First start I was placed on a no smoking room but it smell like there was a lot of smoking on this floor and room. There was lot of burn marks and stains throughout the room. Which was disappointing. Then after coming back from work. I notice all the power was out when I first walk in the hotel. But there was no hotel front desk employee to provide us information. I assume they was probably trying to figure the issue out. But I came back 30min later and there was still no one at the desk and the power was still out. No email, no paper, no communication on if or when the power was going to come back on (check out 11am), per two guest the power was out since early that morning. The power did not come back on til around 10am.
I don’t understand why it was so hard for the hotel manager to help us customers understand the issue. But yet the hotel still want to charge people the whole bill. I contact the customer service for the hotel and a day later received a generic email regarding we strive to make improvements. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive, is the location due to it being near highway and restaurants.

Very accommodating, clean, new beds and appliances, nice little assorted breakfast, very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, consistent upgrades. It's comfortable, lots of things to do in the area.

Had to change rooms because the first one smelled like pee and weed. Next room was better but not good. Lights didn't work. Walls were dirty. Fridge didn't work. Hair stuck in towels and hair dryer. Continental breakfast is pathetic. Apples are bruised.
