I’m confused as to why this gas station is employing passive racist. The Caucasian senior citizen can be seen on camera requesting ID from black customers only. If this store actually cared they could validate these claims on any night he works. He can be seen on camera hanging white containers tobacco without ever requesting Identification and off the next customer is black he will require that customer to provide identification even if you’re are visibly over the age of 65. He also would not sell me cigarettes at all because the black customer in front of me didn’t have id. He literally refused and told me I was getting them for the last black guy who was no longer there.

I frequent this gas station & I try not to be so caught up in customer service because I know how people can be & how working in the public is (both my jobs involve working with the public) BUT, every single time I’ve come in recently the young lady on shift today (light skin, glasses, long weave) & the older elderly man working (bald, glasses, mustache) are just not peoples people. Both are very short, tone very monotone, honestly not inviting at all. Don’t need to be anywhere working with people. Whole they’re up at the registers not being friendly, they could at least make sure the bathrooms are cleaned in between guests! Picture below

This is my VERY FIRST review for anything. So I felt this needed some bragging. My fiance and I stopped by on our way to Chicago, when we decided to go ahead and grab lunch here we smelt the pizza and automatically it was a Yes! So we tried their pizza and I can’t tell you how AMAZING this pizza is! We’ve had our fair share of truck stop lunch breaks and never have we come across such amazing pizza like this. If you’re up for a nice slice I definitely recommend!

The guy who was working today at 2PM was EXTREMELY rude I told him that the gas pump is not loading the 50 cent off for the super gas and he said “well I can’t help you just not doing it right “ I told him I am because I been coming here for a year now and always load my cents off correctly and he said “well that’s for the super gas anyway” and I once again said I know it’s still not loading and he then proceeded to help another customer without trying to help me he was extremely rude I end up going to another Thorntons and guess what? It was loaded on the gas pump it’s such a shame that people cannot give good customer service anymore especially to loyal customers

I went to this location around a year ago and I got an icee with my brother. it had a weird aftertaste and it smelled like sewage water. After that, I didn’t go back until today, I figured that since it’s been a year. They have fixed whatever issue that they had but I got a cotton candy icee And the smell and the nasty taste was still there. I find it crazy how in one year there has been no changes or anything done to improve this despite the many reviews mentioning the weird tastes in the fountain drinks also.

Terrible customer skills, day or night. Employees like the ones at this location are the reason why so many companies are looking to replace you all with computers honestly, I’m kind of thankful for the computers because it keeps me from having to talk to employees that are absolutely the most terrible human beings to be in public service please get some automated check out in these stores so we don’t have to deal with your employees anymore. I will not shop at this specific location again both times I have came here. Your employees just seem dead inside and the lady in the daytime is completely rude.

Stopped by for a quick fill-up and donut/coffee combo. Everything is very fresh here. The store, restroom, and parking lot were very clean. Fully stocked and ample food options/varieties. The staff were very welcoming and professional - ***Quintin and James*** were very knowledgeable about product options and availability. This is my favorite Thorntons location by far. 5 Star trip - will return often. Great crew on duty!!

How come you let police come to parking lot to give tickets for wrong parking ? Amazon don’t have parking , you don’t have space there is nowhere to park around,did your world collapsed ,seriously?? I’ll never buy a fuel or even damn coffee from Thornton again
