“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”

I literally have so many great pictures it's taken me a whole week to choose my business card photo! Overall I would recommend this place. Donna usually does my photos and she is just as good. “I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! I have always felt welcomed and appreciated by the friendly staff. Just got some really cute gifts there for a baby shower, and a bridal shower gift for my niece. Plus a beautiful blouse for myself, something I couldn't find anywhere else. Great customer service, and nice to have a store like this in downtown Homewood!”
“I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand. I hope they stay around & your customers get to receive that same service! I also hope you all see this, thanks so much ladies!!”

“Large selections but no swimwear. Floor Staff not super friendly but cashiers were. Used both self and line checkout because I forgot coupon in car. Not a fan of self check but it was easy once I figured out the sensor alarm qas for my item! :)”
“I was able to locate what I was shopping for at two separate locations. One store was out of the product but the employee was more than happy to try to locate it at another location for me. This was a big help, especially since I was traveling from out of town.”
“This store is so amazing. I was so happy they had a big section of tall girl clothing because I can’t never find pants anywhere that fit. The shop is so trendy and in style for how most girl dress now which I love. Kinda expensive but worth the money cuz the quality is so good. But…. 35 dollars for a crop top should be illegal.”
