“I wanted to give a Shout out to Josh for helping my daughter buy a battery and installing it. He went further with his customer service skills when the core charge would not go back on my card and followed up with his manager and called me to confirm he had taken care of it. My daughter goes to college there in Monmouth and I live in Missouri which save me a trip to take care of this. He was very friendly and helpful. More places need to offer great customer service like this.”

“I stopped in to the Monmouth Autozone today, Sunday morning, and was pleased to find they were open. I asked to get a OBD2 scan on my car and the representative there, Josh, was very helpful, doing the scan and printing out what the code said. I purchased a quart of oil as My car is older and I need to keep a quart handy. Glad Autozone is here and will return soon for wipers and for their special on anti snow and ice shield for my windshield! Five Star”
