“Bruce foote chevy is the best. My hats off to Mike Tapper and Service Manager Steve Moede. My 2014 Silverado 1500 had a transmission failure. I had purchased a car shield warranty for my truck. I called car shield, they sent a tow truck to pick up my truck (at no charge) and took the truck to Bruce Foote Chevy. I talked with Steve Moede about the transmission failure and explained to him that I had care shield warranty. Steve said he would take care of phone calls to car shield. Car shield wanted to give me a remanufactured transmission with a one year warranty. Steve told car shield that they were a certified Chevrolet dealership and that wouldn't fly. Steve finally convinced them on a rebuilt Chevy transmission from Pontiac, Michigan with a three year warranty or 100,000 miles. Well I finally received my truck back, new transmission shifts so much better. Thanks Steve Moede and Mike Tapper. Car shield isn't what it's they insist it is, still coast $2,400.00.”

“500 miles from my home in Nashville TN visiting my wife's family farm, 1st time in 27 years got a flat on Turkey Day, new tires at that. I made a temp repair to get through the night and showed up at 7am to get a professional repair before we made the trip back home that same day to avoid the 4 - 6 inches of snow that was set to fall. They understood my concern, knew the journey I had to make and hooked me up with a sweet repair. Here's the part that really made me know I was dealing with people who care about their customers. As he handed me my keys he asked me if I thought I would be able to put 60 miles on it before I set said for Music City USA, my response, naw the hotel of 4 miles away im going there to pack and jet. He encouraged me to put 60 miles on it and swing back by to check the lugs. Sounded like a solid plan to me, so that's what I did. Showed back up with 60 miles on it, they torqued the lugs and sent me on my way. Made it home, no issues, and not the least bit worried about their workmanship, knew I had people who cared about people in my corner.

“I called and approximately a half hour later my vehicle was being looked at and fixed. Part was on hand and it was fixed the same day. I had estimates for my brakes and tires for future repairs. He didn’t pressure me to get the other parts fixed right then. Friendly and professional. Great customer service!!”
