poor customer service no reciepts
at pumps 4 different ocasions and customer had to excuse self to get acknowledged because empolyees were socializing with each other while ignoring paid and paying customers and neglecting reciept paper at 2 different pumps

Just had to leave a quick positive review since people tend to leave reviews only to highlight the negative. The manager and girl with long blonde hair are hard working w/ good attitudes. The store is clean and they always have my favorite cookies in stock ?. Keep it up, I know it isn't easy!!

Pizza was supposed to be done at 6:45. 45 minutes later and still no pizza. The girls in back seem like they are more concerned about talking instead of getting pizzas cooked. Quite a line waiting for them. Their automated phone system doesn’t tell you what time they will be done. It just asks what time you would like them done.

Google says they open at 3am. Not true. I arrived at 03:15, and the store was dark, no one was there. I'm a trucker, and I needed some water, and they are the closest to the shop where my truck was. Fortunately the hotel across the street let me use one of their vending machines to get some water.

Walk in and the place is bright, clean and organized! So much of everything good! I can imagine a tired, hungry, drowsy traveler walking into this store and being amazed how everything is right at his fingertips!The coffee has never been bad here as far as I know...and trust me I would NEVER lie about coffee!lolThe food is great! Jessie Fye is the Kitchen Manager there and she really makes their food outstanding! The quality of the food is perfect and should be used as an example to all other Casey's! Never have I had a bad kitchen item since they hired Jessie, years ago. She's an extraordinary baker, and the quality of her work really shows in the food at Casey's! They're lucky to have her!The general merchandise is plentiful here at the Monmouth location. To be clear, we have THREE Casey's in Monmouth, but the North is my favorite because of Jessie (you'd follow her too if you ever tasted her cakes!)Gas prices are fair here. Clerks are above normal polite wise.If you come in say hi to Jessie- super sweet lady with a quick smile. Her doughnuts are to die for!lolP.S. the store # is 3544 since that seems to be a National Secret! Caseys- fix that and put on your website! Don't make me call your store or find a receipt to tell me that!

Needed an emergency air fill. Wow was that a bad choice. Credit card required but no indication how much it was going to be. No problem, it is an emergency I will pay whatever. Gage showed the air pressure on the opposite side of the pump and only for a few seconds. No problem, I will pull out the pressure gage in my car. Tried the first tire, no air required. Tried the second tire, it could use a few more pounds. Tried the hose and it took air out of my tire. Great. Stand up and the pump shuts off. Check the credit card and it charged me $1.75 for enough time to take air out of two tires... I hate greedy gas stations the don't just have to charge but don't want to maintain the air systems.

Lady that worked there told me and others that they were closed at 9:22 pm on a Thursday night and would not let us purchase anything even though it says they were suppose to be open till 12am. Very disappointed with caseys and the attitude of the employee.

4/12/23 8:30am Gas pumps are junk. I went to three different pumps to get gas. The first two didn’t have yellow bags on the pump handles or messages on the screens saying they weren’t working but they were definitely not. Finally found one that worked on my third attempt and even though it works, it’s pumping verrrrrrrrry slow. I am heading to my first job of the day and this will make me run late. Ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this location.
