The check-in process involves the guard shack, with parking along the fence or across from the docks. The shipping/receiving door is under a green awning. While appointments are used, staff have been known to accommodate drivers early or outside hours to help them. Wait times can vary significantly, with some experiencing very long delays for a door and to get loaded, even with bills in hand.

    Other than the long time in the door, not a bad place to load.
    Bring food and drinks though. Restroom is available.
    Even with a long frame truck like mine it wasn't too difficult bumping the dock.
    Only 3 stars due to the lengthy loading time.
