County Market is a family-owned grocery store that has been feeding families for over 100 years. The Niemann family started the business in 1917 with a small corner store in Quincy, Illinois, and has since grown to provide the best-tasting foods, including their famous Fried Chicken, Texas Sheet Cake, and made-from-scratch Meals to Go. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful employees who are knowledgeable, especially when it comes to spices and mixes. The store's produce is also praised for its quality, and the weekly and monthly sales offer great value. While the prices may be a bit higher than larger chains, customers feel it's worth it for the local, community-focused experience.
Store clean and friendly employees but there prices higher than other stores.

Great as always, friendly staff, polite customers, same great range of products. Only 4 stars though, and not entirely their fault I guess, but the cost of everything has gone up so much. I understand inflation and stuff, but do they have to put up their prices by a higher percentage.

It was a big grocery trip and I was able to find almost everything I wanted. People are nice but the cost is a bit higher than others.
