“This is the third time I've used Monmouth Flowers over the last year and they do not disappoint. All arrangements have been beautiful and they do an excellent job at substituting flowers they do not carry to make very aesthetic arrangements. They do a good job at communicating and making sure the arrangements have been delivered either to the person or to the main office of where they are located. When in doubt, I just call and they are very good at giving me updates.”
