I called and approximately a half hour later my vehicle was being looked at and fixed. Part was on hand and it was fixed the same day. I had estimates for my brakes and tires for future repairs. He didn’t pressure me to get the other parts fixed right then. Friendly and professional. Great customer service!!

While traveling, the water pump went out on our truck. The folks at Jones Automotive worked us in without an appointment, obtained parts, and completed the repair within a couple hours. The service was excellent and pricing was fair. We were fortunate to find Jones Automotive Service!

While driving from WV to WY, we realized that the exhaust system had gotten quite loud. We stopped in at Jones Auto to see if they could take a look at our vehicle. Matt pulled it into the garage and had it fixed up in a jiff!\nSuch a friendly place--would highly recommend it!
