Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Central Illinois, and possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited anywhere, and I travel extensively. Don’t waste your time here, there is a small local pharmacy just a few blocks south on the same street. I gave it one star because it won’t allow zero.

The prescription was for 30 pills, the insurance only paid for six so that's all they gave me they should have filled for the prescription of 30 that the doctor prescribed and then gave me the decision from there instead of saying that the prescription was ready it was not ready it was for 30 not 6

Never dealt with a Walgreens so unreliable. They are never open or just a sign saying pharmacist not on duty. Their online hours are a lie and it will say your meds are ready and they aren’t open nor do they have them ready. Get a new pharmacist because this one clearly doesn’t want to work!

This is the worst Walgreen caz it's ridiculous how many days it takes to get my medicine I shouldn't have to wait 2-3 days to get my medicine I'm thinking of going to Walmart or Hy Vee to get my medication

Do not waste your time with this place. I'm tired of being lied to about my prescriptions being ready everytime I need them. I get a message telling me perscriptions ready I go in and they tell me to come back in a day. My most recent experience I called in thursday morning to get 3 prescriptions filled they tell me they be ready in an hour. I wait until Friday morning to go pick them up because I know from experience that they lie to you. I get therefriday morning and they tell me they're not ready and to come back in half an hour. I'm done with them. I will be taking my business to Axlines from now on.

Worst Walgreens you can possibly come across! Do not recommend going through the drive thru because I guess you get priority going inside! The employee couldn't stay on track and get a simple task done to save her life!

The "temporary " hours are ridiculous. There is no excuse whatsoever for anyone to carry these minimal hours this day in age. A good thing they only have one competitor in town, otherwise the doors would close permanently.
