“500 miles from my home in Nashville TN visiting my wife's family farm, 1st time in 27 years got a flat on Turkey Day, new tires at that. I made a temp repair to get through the night and showed up at 7am to get a professional repair before we made the trip back home that same day to avoid the 4 - 6 inches of snow that was set to fall. They understood my concern, knew the journey I had to make and hooked me up with a sweet repair. Here's the part that really made me know I was dealing with people who care about their customers. As he handed me my keys he asked me if I thought I would be able to put 60 miles on it before I set said for Music City USA, my response, naw the hotel of 4 miles away im going there to pack and jet. He encouraged me to put 60 miles on it and swing back by to check the lugs. Sounded like a solid plan to me, so that's what I did. Showed back up with 60 miles on it, they torqued the lugs and sent me on my way. Made it home, no issues, and not the least bit worried about their workmanship, knew I had people who cared about people in my corner.
