The two guys there seemed to be more interested in the texting conversation they had going on then to serve me. Won’t be going to do any further sales / upgrades with them. I’ll will keep going to the Geneva location. They are super busy most of the time, but the people their seem to want to help you and make a sale if they can.

They do not respect me for being of a different race I came in they told me to wait because their where two people in front of me so I said sure and waited then once two other people came in they attended then first for being American and still made me wait for more than an hour I would like to speak to someone higher or assistant for this issue

Store is awesome! Under new management and let me tell you! Cassandra is a star! She is so attentive and makes sure you’re very well taken care of in her store. Please if you visit any AT&T visit her store! - I just want to say personally thank you so much cassandra for your hard work in helping our family! We will be back to see you!

AVOID THIS STORE!!! Bryon and Juan are bait and switch experts. Avoid this store like the plague and never pay for anything in the store using a credit/debit card; just drive the extra 4 or 5 miles to a different store. I requested to be mailed a monthly bill for internet and Direct Streaming services to which they agreed. I was given two Streaming boxes and was told that I needed to pay $17.40 upfront so I gave Juan a $20.00 bill. A few minutes later Juan told me that he needed exact payment because their cash collection service only accepts exact payment. I took back my $20.00 bill and paid $17.40 with my credit card. One week later, I received an email notifying me that my credit card was charged and would continue on a monthly basis. I returned to the store and asked Juan to stop the monthly deduction based on the purchase day discussion and he nonchalantly informed me that he could not do it. Byron was no help either.I called Direct Streaming and was informed that they require a credit/debit card. Furthermore, they apologized and stated that they have received multiple complaints of this nature against this store.

Basically the person in the store just didn't want to work. I've been an AT&T customer for 27 years and this guy couldn't even be bothered to help me get my phone fixed. It was clear I was interrupting his time on his tablet. I can't do anything here he said. Well you are AT&T and I'm just a customer so you have more you can do then I can. Excuses
