I walked into the store and was greeted by a great services provider, Rusty. He knows his products and went over and beyond to assist me with a phone for my mom who is a senior citizen. Rusty did not rush me with all the questions I had and made me feel relaxed and I would highly recommend this location. You get more from your buck when you are able to work with a retail provider vs someone over the phone.

Says the store opens at 11 on Sundays. We waited about 15 minutes but no one ever came. 3 other customers also came and left in that time.

Service rep Kristen was outstanding. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Had to change things on a plan and was finished in minutes. My mother spent hours at Comcast to do the same thing.

I give my friend a ride he wants to go this location even though, his customer Cricket to pay his monthly bill , even though I was not cricket customer, We went this store cricket ,me and my friends ,one girl was there she help us very well she’s very patience person ,professional person her name was( Cristen V,) it was my first time I went here my experience good and am very satisfied 💯,also my friends too We appreciate your help Cristen v Thank you so much.

I recently visited this place, and I had an amazing experience thanks to one of your employees, (Janelli P). She went above and beyond to find out exactly what I needed. Her patience while almost closing as well as her extensive knowledge made my experience that much better. I recommend this place over any other cricket store. Big thanks for your help ! :)

The store representative Nellie saved me a lot of frustration, time, and guessing with my new phone (I am not smart phone literate!). She lead me through the entire process on how to transfer my information and get accustomed to my new phone. Since then, she has also answered other questions I have had. Great store and service.
