Dropped off my truck and didn’t receive any calls for a week so I decided to pick it up and they pulled my dash out and stole my stereo won’t recommend this location to anyone

Took my car in for a wheel bearing inspection to determine which bearing is bad. When I got bad no one even explained anything to me. I paid and they said thank you. Never been to a mechanic shop where they didn’t go over the inspection findings or anything at all.
Someone finally went over things and they said both hearings are bad. Well bearings do not go bad in pairs so to me it seems they didn’t really diagnose the issue just said both are bad to try and charge me for service that I don’t need.
Also they tried to get me to drop off th car after making an appointment the day before and their estimate to fix was over 2 times than other quotes I received.

Your 1 month in New store manager “Bryce” tried to deceive and trick me into services I did not need to increase his bottom line and profits. I was a regular customer for years and did all my service work including lofrs, tires, and breaks all at this same store in Montgomery, IL. I will definitely be telling everyone I know how bad this person treated me and has not lived by the Firestone values I have come to expect as a customer for years. I will make sure this store feels it in the pockets as I am on the board of my neighborhood and will be making an announcement in the near days to over 2000+ home owners who back up to this store about some other local tire places who have some great services and discounts for our association and the won’t include F-Stone.
**PS- Every-time you’ll need new tires per Bryce.

Complete fire dumpster .If they can’t manage to answer phone and not leave you on a 10 min hold what are the odds of actual service being delivered . Zero communication with customer. Zero accountability, Manager seems flustered and overwhelmed. Constantly offering discounted services to make up for the incompetence of work and workers .Avoid this location in general.

I have the free tire rotation and alignment package for my car (one time charge, then free). When I have brought it in for a charged service (surprise nothing wrong with car). The package I bought is no charge so surprise at finish time there is a major coolant leak and my wiper sprayers don't work (they did 2 days ago). I'm done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt from the last time they said I needed 2k of work done. I declined that time, this time had no mention of the previous work that was declined (my usual mechanic looked at it and laughed when they read the estimates).

Complete fire dumpster of an auto shop. Zero communication Zero accountability. Offer all discounts since they can't do anything right I don't need discount, I need you to get the job done . Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

I called about 4pm the day before I wanted engine and cabin air filters replaced. They quoted a price, had to order one of the filters, but said I could come in at 10am the next morning. It took them less than 15 minutes to install both. They even showed me the dirty air filters. Their price was $60 less than the dealership quoted me. I highly recommend!

Went in for a 60k mile service. Tried to sell me services like changing air filters and wiper blades because it's part of the "service" package. Even though I just changed them myself. They don't actually check to see what you need, just referred off a piece of paper with what is "needed" at 60k mikes. I saved hundreds of dollars by going to someone who actually took the time to look at my car. Not just charge me to inspect a piece a paper they already had. Complete rip off! Beware these people.
