Went July 28,2025. Well the lady was taking the old nail polish off with the machine. She was going fast and went on my skin and made it bleed. She didn't even pay no attention to my blood. Now some of my fingers are in pain. I am now thinking about going SOME WHERE ELSE

I would not recommend this place. Had a no chip toe polish done and it was thick, uneven, paint on my skin. When I mentioned something it seemed to be dismissed. There's a lot of other places I would try. Sad to say I won't be back here.

The first time I went here it was a walk in appointment and David took care of me. We did a green French tip with butterflies. I showed him some inspiration photos and he worked well with me to replicate it as best as he could. He even picked out the exact color from the photo. He removed my old set and did my acrylics. He was very gentle. He even searched through all his charms for me. He charged $90 and gave me a first time discount so that I’d come back. So I did. I called in advance and asked if David was there but the woman gave me to response. She just asked me if I could come in now. So I show up thinking I’d have a pleasant experience with David but an older woman has me sit down immediately without giving me any time to look at colors. I asked her if she could replicate another inspo photo and she didn’t answer. She just started removing the top of the old set and she was very rough. She hurt my fingers a lot trying to take off the charms. When she had gotten to the point of adding polish, it felt like she was complaining to her coworkers and didn’t want to finish my nails so I had to switch halfway through. The tech started doing her own design saying that it would be better than the picture and I honestly don’t like them but they are so judgy there I felt like I couldn’t speak up. When the nails were done there were some crooked nails, the flowers looked sloppy, the topcoat was slathered on and cured with air bubbles, there was still green leftover from my previous set, and to top it all off the nails started coming loose not even a week later. I even brought my own charms here and she charged me $110 for a fill. I do not recommend going to anyone here except David.

If I could give zero stars I would. My nails are uneven, all bumpy, and not the same length. Lisa was so rough with my hands and arms I was sore by the time I left. She kept yanking my arms into the position she wanted them.
She wouldn’t give me the set I requested, and the botched the job she did. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and have never had an experience like I did here. Hands down the worst. I would never recommend this place or Lisa or go back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was my first and last time at this establishment. I went in to soak off an acrylic full set on my toes instead of soaking it off with acrylic they kept filing away at my nail beds with the drill I asked multiple times for it to be soaked off with acetone in which they told me their “polish” remover would take it off.. constantly drilling and filing my toe nail beds isn’t going to do anything but make the nail weaker. I didn’t even want to finish with a pedicure terrible experience

No one in particular is friendly. Most of the staff appear as if they are being held there against their will. I always put that aside because the overall result of the service was good, I always walked out liking my nails. But the last two times I went for a manicure I was disappointed at the cleanliness of tools used. First, the bowl filled with water and marbles used to "soak" your nails is not cleaned after each person. The nail tech rinsed the marbles in the bowl with water and placed it under the cabinet for the next manicure. Next, and this was the final straw,- what appeared to be nail tools wrapped in "sterile packaging" was not clean nor sterile. Dried skin/cuticles could be seen on the cuticle nipper. After COVID I thought businesses would be more vigilant about cleaning and disinfecting. Not properly cleaning and sanitizing your tools can spread bacteria, fungus, and even blood-borne diseases to others. Stricter standards need to be adhered to to ensure the safety of everyone who comes to your establishment. I know you all work very hard, but please, take the time to clean and disinfect tools in between uses. I would gladly wait longer knowing the tools used on me were being cleaned.

This place sucked! I went in one morning cause it was the closest place to me. I told them all I wanted was a pedicure with trimmed toenails. The lady doing the pedicure did not speak English, so another employee was translating. But when I said I need them trimmed he told me that it would be extra charge for trimming? Wtf since when are these places charging extra for trimming? Isn't that already included in the package I picked as a pedicure? So basically I felt really rushed. She took off the nail polish I had, she said she trimmed. I ended up paying $45-$50! Went home and trimmed my toenails myself! Horrible experience! Do not recommend!

Extremely poor service, NO attention to detail, left nails messy, aggressive & very disappointed. They drilled into my real nail and got upset when I pulled my hand away. The next day my real nail turned bright red and started oosing orange and red. Started bleeding and now my real nail is broke in half, exposing my skin under nail and peeled off along with the acrylic nail thanks to the phenomenal service. Do NOT recommend going here, quality is not there.

Got a mani/ no-chip pedi and the mani chipped in 2 days. Went back for it to be fixed. Only for them to chip again on additional nail and the top polish has chipped quickly as well. I am so disappointed.
