I always go here for laundry soap, toilet cleaner, and lots of household items. They have good prices and most of the time I get 11% back. Plus most of the staff always say good morning or hello. I also buy flowers to plant.

Menards put a flyer in my mail that was advertising grills on sale. Advertised a 6 burn charbroil for 280 after rebate. Checked stock on it 1 day after flyer and closest Menards that has 1 in stock was 28 miles away..I go to pick it up and none are in stock. I see how much it be to order 1 and shipping was going to be 298$ more than the gril. So I come back to my local Menards in Montgomery that was also advertised as 4 burn charbroil gas grill for 185 with 2 in stock... I get there and one is labeled defective and the other is the floor model that they won't sell.... Overall wasted 3 hrs and half hrs of my day looking for grills they advertised that don't exist. Super poor experience because Menards marks their floor models as in stock when they aren't and allows defective models to be counted as stock. Would not recommend shopping here.
Edit changing review from a 1 start to a 2 due to it been over a week and they grill they had me pre- order still isnt in which they told me be a few days at max........... will have to look into doing a charge back for their clear lies.

Called to check on availability of an item and was told on the phone, that yes they had a couple in stock, when I arrived to the store and asked a employee in the area, they weren't sure exactly of what the item was, then Proceeded to check there system, then said yes they had it in stock, checked multiple locations and did not have it.

Limited support for handicapped. Only like 2 get around carts for such a large store. Better goto Farm n Fleet with its large drive cart supply. They know how to take care of customers

Bunch of idiots had about 20 people get wrong up completely wrong waited and hour no one noticed I was standing with a ton of lumber, ended up walking out and not buying 5,000 in lumber. Going to Home Depot!!!

This menards does not honor the discount bags the same as other larger, Better Menards.
We lost out on $162 in savings because we shopped at this location for the 15% bag sale.
We drove 30 minutes to purchase more of the same out of stock items that another store had DISCOUNTED the Prior day. One of the excluded items was Half the size of the bag, where the other 3 were about the same volume as "the bag."
The person that assisted my wife did not offer help to pull down the three 20 pound boxes that were overhead - just pointed and said "they're over here."
Find another location to do your business.
