“Worked here briefly (7 months)! Not anymore though. Associates, supervisors, and managers were always super friendly, both in the context of being a worker and shopper. A large selection of items as well, although very tight aisles here and there. Good prices too with a lot of options available.”

“This was a quick drop for a friend but last week, at the Geneva location, I purchased a multi colored, white background jean jacket that's perfect for summer. Y'all don't sleep on Salvation Army (SA). I highly encourage all to donate to SA first, rather than the other place. Thank you.”

“Everyone here is just so so nice even the customers! Love it here! They also don't over price things so it is so easy to actually talk yourself into buying all the things you don't need...like the purpliest purple vase!”

“When I need a tool I check here first
Just stay away from battery tools
Cheaper to buy new tool then new old stock battery.
Also use for camping gear ... ✔️”

“If you want a real thrift store that doesn't price gouge you with eBay listing prices, go here. It's one of the few places left on earth that sells made to last things for good prices. I saw a 60 year old leather lunch bag that probably has 100 years left in it for under $15. Can't beat it! Saleswoman was so sweet, great vibes here.

I saw nice brands here, they have a little one person dressing room. Don't let the size fool you - I got lost in here looking around for an hour.”

“These people were amazing.
They showed respect for my father in laws house and us.
We had to sell his house because he is 91.
They treated us with grace & respect.
Thanks guys & especially Dennis.”

“Out of all the local Goodwill stores near me this is one of the best. Very clean and organized....matter of fact, one of the only ones where I constantly see an employee sweeping or doing some sort of cleaning. Prices seem to be more fair at this location compared to others. This place obviously is being run by a good manager and staffed with competent employees.”

“After visiting my doctor, I asked the receptionist if there were any good resale places in the area, and she happily replied, " Yes, I've found some really nice things at New Uses, by Aldi". I googled it. It was close. I wasn't disappointed! First, there was plenty of free parking. It was handicapped accessible entry. The place was extremely neat and well organized. I found a great plant stand on wheels practically new, a nice African wall mask, and a unique letter M, which is my last initial. I plan to stop in after every doctors visit!”

“This is the number to the church, they gave me the number to donation pick ups, but after calling, I learned they’ve suspended residential pick ups. This is a shame, because most people are not going to rent a truck to donate their gently used furniture, books, clothing, etc. They’re missing out on a lot of quality items that can change peoples lives.”

“Yes furniture prices are a bit to high, the clothing is priced ok and also the decor but if you sign up with them to get discounts or go in on discount days, you'll be fine except the furniture its still to high.Thank you.”

“I appreciate this Goodwill location because they put out new items more often than the Salvation Army store in St. Charles. Lots of dishes, trinkets, and my favorite — craft supplies. Some prices are too high for the quality/condition of items, but there are lots of reasonably priced items, too. Clean bathroom available inside so I am able to browse for a long time if I want to!”

“It was my first time there, and staff was friendly and answered questions I had about where things was located. I needed a little more time in there. But I plan to go back.”
