“Man... This place is legit. Usually when I'm in this neck of the woods I'll go to Humidor. But this place came on the radar so I stopped by.
The cigar selection here is amazing. You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.)
The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend.
The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff.
Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area.”

“We went here on a fun visit to fox valley, and i was not disaappinted! This had the best reviews so i stopped in and the lovely family running it was super friendly and able to help me find what i needed! She even answered some questions i had about different products which made me happy. Prices are great, service was fantastic! “As the pearly gates opened, I found a vast expanse of every type of alcohol I've dreamed of. I proceeded to fill my cart Noah style, 2x2 loading up for a long weekend. After having found this Eden of alcohol, I made sure to craft a map so as to be able to find my way back next weekend.”
“An electronic rig of mine died and I thought I purchased the same version, however, it was the older one that I already had.
Upon returning, there was a situation with a staff member not adhering to business policies, or rather provided incorrect information to me, so my blunder couldn’t technically be resolved.
Fortunately, it seems that said staff member was on their way out of employment, and to not make a special exception on their polices, we worked out an agreement - I left satisfied and the store still made a profit.
I’ve yet to return to see if our agreement still stands and will update this review with more details if so or not.
Overall, this place featured cheaper items and stocked products that nearby larger stores didn’t have! Straight to business and none of that sales banter.”

I have been to many locations and Windy City has been my go to. Usually when I am looking for specific coils or pods, they have them in stock. This is the second time I have gone to this specific store. Both times I have gone, the staff was helpful, patient and explanitory. This time I met Scott and he took the time to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for and gave ideas and suggestions with finding the right balance for me as far as tastes, strengths between pod systems, coils, and flavors. I appreciate the passion and effort he put in. Making it a pleasant experience. I wIll definately be going back again, especially since usually some coils I can't find in most Vape stores, they have. If they don't have them, they can recommend where to find what you need.”
“First off, the customer service here is amazing, I’ve dealt with many shops where they just have no sense of how to deal with people, but this one is great. They also have an awesome selection of vapes and they’re always getting something new in to try. This shop is top notch and the only shop I ever go to, they’re the best around.”

“If you're looking for cigars, this place has a special room that has a special temperature in the room with dozens of different brands, sizes, and gift boxes. Along with plenty to choose from inside the liquor store, shots up front at register. Definitely will be back for another cigar.”

is actually one of the most straightforward and no-nonsense employees, Some people might take it the wrong way, but I respect someone who doesn’t play games to make a sale and just tells you how it is.I recently bought an box of GEEK BAR and noticed the price were changed.
I asked RONY( The heavy white guy) about it, and he clearly explained that prices have gone up due to increased taxes(reality). He even showed me the documentation right on his screen, which I really liked.

“Cool little building tucked in behind the BP station. Tiny store, so just the regular stuff. No real craft beer to speak of so room for improvement. If they can find the cooler space. Hell, I'd be ok if it was warm as long as they had some. But maybe their demand for that refined beer taste. ? Come on man, why can't people just drink GOOD BEER?! I'm definitely spoiled though. ? ?”
