At this point I will gladly drive to the next town to avoid this hell on earth of a post office. After 3 miserable visits there this week needing to ship sold items, I will never waste my time again. Their kiosk won’t accept cards, and instead of getting it fixed they have a little sign that says “this may not work.” It didn’t. I waited in the longest most obnoxious line. These ladies are chatting loudly like it’s a Saturday wine mixer, they are absolutely childish. Another woman with dreads and glasses is also always clogging up the lines to chat with the two ladies at the desk. She is never a customer and never has a package just likes to chat loudly and laugh obviously and joke while miserable customers wait for what feels like an eternity. The woman Ruby then went on to shove wet peaches into her mouth as she slowly typed my package info with one hand into the computer. I cannot make this up. I even took a video of how loud and absolutely ridiculous they are. This place is a total joke! Seriously, went to another town and had 0 issues. This place needs to be restaffed ASAP. These women belong at a low budget nail salon

I could not believe my mail carrier ask me to fix the wholes in my yard i was working in so he didn't trip.. I mean damn dude stay out of the Grass and just do your job

The workers have a lot of attitude. Almost felt as if I was the one bothering them by just getting what I need. They should speak in a nicer tone.

I came to this post office for the walk-in passport services, and I was helped by Ruby, who was very patient taking my daughters passport picture. Ruby was professional, efficient, and kind. If you need passport services I recommend this location. The other ladies are also pleasant. We had previously been turned away at the Batavia location by a rude male employee so I appreciated this seamless experience here.

I usually never give a review. But this one being a government building I'm going to have too. First of all the their web site where you make appointment for passport it says walk in passports on Tuesdays . ( which they have to change because according to the Indian lady they dont). Second, the Indian lady that took care of me was rude and interruptive as I was speaking to another of their customers away from her desk. I appreciate her talking care of me at the end. The review is not only for her it's also for the management team that take care of their websites. They need to update it.

I want to give Tara my biggest compliment. She was very accommodating with the two appointments for my kids for their passport applications. She was very thorough, explained everything, and mostly- very kind. I appreciated her time and her help.
