Tara and Jamette were so kind and helpful today! I went in for my passport photo this morning and Tara was so great to work with. I got a call from Jamette later in the day after they closed, asking me to come back in because they forgot to have me sign the passport application (honest mistake). I had no problem at all driving the ten minutes back over to the post office - they had me ring the service bell when I arrived since they were closed and Jamette came right out with my paperwork. She was super apologetic but I was not upset about it at all. I signed my paperwork and I was on my merry way. All it takes is kindness. I was super kind and respectful to them, and they showed me the same in return. Thanks so much, ladies!

The ladies that work at this post office are EXTREMELY kind, patient and helpful. I’ve been here now a handful of times in the last few months and it has been the same experience every time. Best workers I’ve come across compared to any other post office. Thank you!

Tara is amazing!! Made the process of shipping my documents easy and less stressful. Along with that, she was able to answer all my questions with no problem! Haven’t had any issues with the clerks here throughout my time of shipping packages. Highly recommend coming here to do business.

I usually don’t have an issue at this location, besides the long wait time. They’re low staffed which they can’t control obviously. Today I went to drop off a package with a prepaid label, I have a Etsy shop. The worker wouldn’t let me because the weight iguess but I’ve never had an issue previously? Same box, Same item, same info on the label besides the address being different. I went back and looked at all my past labels from Etsy and they’re all the same, I’ve never been told I can’t ship my package or that there was an issue, it was even more frustrating because you wait in line and then you’re turned away. So I just decided to go to a different location and there was no issue. The lady who usually helps me at this location is always nice and quick, she even offered to help me with the self shipping option within the facility when I came in next. I tried it today but was struggling and pressed for time. Anyways, I’ve just decided to not go to this location anymore, I’ll drive an extra 7 minutes for less Hassle. Last time I dropped my Etsy order at this location, it also sat there for 3 days until it was officially sent out so these are signs. 2 stars, for the kind lady who always helps me! She saves this location, nice and funny always! it was my first time working with the other worker today. I think she might’ve just been a little nitpicky or if there was really a issue, all staff should be on the same page because I was completely thrown off and confused.

Beyond my wildest nightmares. Supposed to be an easy passport application. The lady serving us was rude, unhelpful, and bitter. She asked us if we had an appointment ( yes) and asked what time. She said we were late when we were waiting for her to be finished helping other people and had been standing in line for the 15 minutes we were “late for” We told her we had all the paperwork and photo, and all we needed was to finalize the paper work. She responded “I still need to verify everything, you’re not done yet” and we agreed, telling her that’s what we meant. We had to refill out some paperwork, no problem at all. After smiling and waving the the whole fiasco we thought we were done with this lady. A month later we receive a text from an unknown number. Due to the fact that we had to redo some paperwork, we had two applications at the time of finalization. The clerk obviously only used the one. My significant other happened to write his information (INCLUDING SS NUMBER) on the first page of the application- which gets stapled to your receipt. This lady stapled my significant others first page- to this random ladies receipt. It had his WHOLE SS NUMBER, CONTACT INFO, YOU NAME IT. This is BEYOND Negligence and after dealing with her attitude toward us, and acting like we were stupid- to find out that she handed HIS SS NUMBER to a RANDOM PERSON is STUPID. Thank GOD this person is a Good Samaritan and contacted us about it! BEWARE. GO TO A DIFFERENT USPS FOR YOUR PASSPORT

I come here time to time to buy stamps and send out mail. Every time I go in, the staff is friendly and helpful. Tara is the best! She is patient with you and explains all of the options available. I recently inquired about renewing my passport and she told me what to use and how to send it. Thank you! Do yourself a favor and come here instead of the other big one. You might have to wait a bit in the line, but be patient. Good customer service takes time.

Went there yesterday to get my child’s passport, not only did she claim I didn’t stop there months ago and picked up the paperwork and spoke to them directly on what I needed for my minor child, after 2 minutes of her looking at our paperwork, she looked behind us, a line started to form, and immediately told us we don’t have everything and insisted that because she didn’t tell me I needed the passport when I picked up the necessary paperwork that it was her word against mine. My child had her passport prior: D was told by usps; the government, and online I do not need a birth certificate with a unexpired passport. We have 3 months left on it. She basically kicked us out because she wanted to serve other customers. We had this appointment made, we have 2 weeks, we paid for rush pay already. Costing us a few hundred: so tell me why we were excused for having all the necessary paperwork!? Poor customer service. I go here every week bc it’s in my community, but looks like it wasn’t the woman’s first offense. FYI, fix the fact the facility smells of marijuana and spilled liquor. She claimed to be the manager!

CUT THE GRASS AND WEEDS ALREADY!!! TIRED OF LOOKING AT IT!It's enough that we have to constantly deal with the beeping from your trucks, and now the noise from the construction. At least cut the d*mn grass already! Place looks like a dump!

Tara, Jamet, and Ruby are the most hardworking, kindhearted, and positive people I’ve ever met.. this is probably the best USPS simply due to them. EVERYONE walks out of there with a smile on their faces.

I reached out to this post office to inform them that the mail carrier was consistently mishandling our mail and putting sensitive mail in the incorrext mailboxes. Someone named "Jeff" called me bk and informed me he would tt the carrier and if their were any more issues to call him bk. I attempted to call Jeff at another time abt me receiving my neighbors mail with vwry sensitive and confidential on the letter and my husband opened it by mistake. Well, a older Caucasian man answered the phone and said I had the wrong number (I didnt) I rhen asked "Jeff" if he worked for the pist office and he said no. I could hear beeping in the background. I went bk online to fill out another complaint and it says someone should contact you within 3 days. No one ever called or rea hed out to me. You have 1 job! Put the mail in the correct boxes! Ridiculous!
