“I arrived this morning a little after doors opened and I only had exact change for the product I ordered I also didn’t have my debit card on me! Since I arrived early I received the door buster deal but was short by a little bit and the wonderful Coleen worked her holiday Magic and gave me a little bit more of a discount so I could take both products home with me. I am a new Plainfield native but incredibly familiar with the area and this will be my new local spot! The service here is always impeccable and I’m never disappointed.”

She even answered some questions i had about different products which made me happy. Prices are great, service was fantastic! I have been to many locations and Windy City has been my go to. Usually when I am looking for specific coils or pods, they have them in stock. This is the second time I have gone to this specific store. Both times I have gone, the staff was helpful, patient and explanitory. This time I met Scott and he took the time to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for and gave ideas and suggestions with finding the right balance for me as far as tastes, strengths between pod systems, coils, and flavors. I appreciate the passion and effort he put in. Making it a pleasant experience. I wIll definately be going back again, especially since usually some coils I can't find in most Vape stores, they have. If they don't have them, they can recommend where to find what you need.”
