Do not come here mechanics over price and put old parts in your car and keep your new parts also charge $60 to install headlights I paid $20 at jiffy this place is a complete rip off

Beware, unfortunately, I got scammed last time I brought my car in. Earlier this year there was a loud squeal in my engine bay when I turned the heating/cooling on. Brought my car in over the weekend to get it serviced. Before work was started on the vehicle, the customer service rep on the phone informed me they would replace my belt tensioner. I said alright, in hopes that would fix the problem..They completed the work as well as an oil change for me. When I went into the shop to pick up my vehicle Monday morning, I was charged $360 for a harmonic balancer. I asked what this was and she explained to me it wasn't a belt tensioner, it was a harmonic balancer that needed replacing. I said I didn't agree to have that changed bc that was a lot more than a belt tensioner. I paid anyways, walked out, car worked, I thought okay maybe that was needed.
Fast forward to present day, I went and had for a routine oil change and upon inspection, found my serpentine belt was split, almost falling off, as well as a busted pigtail on my ac compressor. And the harmonic balancer was never replaced, per the person inspecting my car. The belt that was splitting was cheap and not the original belt that came with the vehicle. I think you know where I'm going with this....very upset with the swindling of $360. In this economy?! Will not be returning to these overpriced scammers.

Been using them for years. I think I'm going to start shopping around. They used to be cheap but they've really come up. 140$ to weld in a piece of flex pipe is really steep.

They installed front struts on my car and were ok with me bringing my own parts. I dropped off my car with the parts at 830 am, and they had my car ready by noon. I only paid for labor, and it was a good deal.
