Very poor efficiency in filling prescriptions that are needed. It does not take over an hour and a half to put 20 pills in a bottle and print the label. It didn’t take that long in 1995. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Pharmacy staff hates their job. Had my flu shot and the pharmacist was not friendly at all. Shot was given too low and seems to be infected.

Unfortunately, I will be giving a negative review. I was trying to figure out if a new prescription of mine had been called in by my doctor. However, before I could explain my intention the pharmacist began yelling at me and said what I was doing was illegal. I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I'm sure the store is fine, but do not go to this hell hole for you vax, I have a confirmation no, but they claim I'm not in the system..? Then how the hell do I have a. Information number genius? It's not all the pharmacists, the Indian lady decided to treat me like absolute trash, and I wasn't even talking to her.. I truly hope her superiors read this and look into her actions, if she treated me like this and I was completely cordial, how would she treat someone with somewhat of an attitude? She needs to be reprimanded minimally..

I was scheduled for a Covid booster on Tuesday 10/26 and no one called to inform me they were out of vaccine, my voicemail does work. I tried calling before going and no one answered the pharmacy phone and the automated service confirmed I still had an appointment, no one bothered to cancel it. This site gets a zero for communication and follow through.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I was so excited that they offered same day curbside pickup. But boy was it a nightmare. I placed the order for 1 item and I never received an email that day. I had to call the next day which took forever for someone to help me. They claimed they couldn't find me in the system even though I had already paid. Was put on hold multiple times then miraculously a pick up email finally came. I went to the location, parked, said I'm here from the emai

I continually ask the pharmacy department at our Orchard and Mayfield in Montgomery location to please fill my script when the insurance allows it be filled. For the past couple of months this has not been happening when requested. Each time I have been told either that the “system was updated†or “we don't know what happenedâ€.

I've never had any issues here with anything, and the staff is always nice and helpful! I also wanted to make this review because I lost my credit card here today, and someone turned it into the manager. I wanted to try to get a thank you out to them, so thank you whoever you are! The manager called me right away to let me know they had it. Very thankful!

This is the best Walgreens in the area! The associates are so friendly, the pharmacy is so prompt even being as busy as they are! The Pharmacist working today (a gentleman) is always friendly and willing to answer questions, caringly not sarcastically like the female pharmacist does. He and the pharmacy techs working there are all so nice and you can tell they care about your well being!
