If I was rating your tech Patrick, it would be a 10. Suggestion: have Patrick train your new techs. We have been Montgomery Walgreens people forever. I have to say we have seen quite the decline in customer service over the past year or so with other techs and pharmacists. Basic manners go a long way.

People working at the photo counter are unhelpful and don’t know how to have good customer service. Very disappointing and frustrating not a good experience.
