Insanely slow. The pharmacy moves at a snails pace and has absolutely no sense of urgency... It's ridiculous

WORST Pharmacy! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long wait times in store and drive thru. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy if you value your time. They never fill your prescription when they say they will and even if you receive a confirmation that your Rx is ready it never is and even if they know you're waiting in store they will still take their time. Also they don't answer the phone and if they do they just put you on hold and forget about you! Terrible terrible store.

This review is for the photo counter. The counter accepts Fed Ex shipping for prepaid labels. Today was the 2nd time I've had to use Fed Ex for a prepaid label and Google says this is the closest option for my commute. This is the 2nd time I've arrived to no employee working the photo counter. There is. button to signal to store employees assistance is needed at the photo counter. After you press the button an announcement is made on the store speaker system and it repeats every minute, this happens 4 times and then I had to push the button again although it was still flashing the announcements had stopped. 15 minutes it took for someone to appear for something that took them a minute. The employee asked for my phone number to text me a receipt for the return. It's been 30 minutes and I do not have any texts. She couldn't even enter my number correctly. I hope my package arrives to its destination. I'll be driving out of my way from now on. It will save me time.

Wow, decided to come in and speak with management in regards to Guarardo's awesome work ethic! The manager Jeff kept rolling his eyes and had absolutely no eye contact whatsoever! He literally shoved it off as if he had no care in the world! What kind of management is that?! You should be happy for positive feedback for your staff!! I think this pharmacy needs new staffing completely! Except for Guarardo. 5 stars for Guarardo and absolutely NONE FOR THE MANAGER JEFF! Apparently I cant leave 2 reviews on here and I'm not sure where my good review went. But 5 stars for Guarardo!! He did an outstanding job contacting the direct company that offers me my coupon to save $$ on my prescription. I have been back and forth for the past 3 days with this pharmacy in regards to my coupon "not being valid". Guarardo apparently is the only one there doing his job. He even gave me the info I needed incase this ever happened again. I've also been told by this pharmacy that my drs office is being lazy?! When my office told me to tell them to send over info/form. Great job Guarardo! Your work ethic is outstanding and you should be the one in charge over in the pharmacy. Maybe even management as well. Even reading all these other reviews apparently I'm not the only one who has dealt with Jeff the HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL NON CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. I really hope this all reaches corporate and they get rid of him. That was the ABSOLUTE MOST DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING POOR CUSTOMER Service I have ever witnessed/experienced. Keep up the great work Guarardo!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING INTO THIS CLINIC!! The wait is extremely long! And the personal here is not even equipped to care for your medical needs, My mother in law decided to come to this clinic for an earache she was having with a half swollen face only to be told it was ear wax! Which was not the case, it was diabetes and was only prescribed over the counter pain medicine, and to make the matters worse a 89$ Fee!! For something that wasn't even the cause and that they obviously couldn't diagnose. Not coming here again

Recently went to our local Walgreens in Montgomery to transfer some very very unreplaceable photos 2 a jump drive as a matter of fact I had 3 jump drives and over 700 photos on my phone in the past couple years the major majority of them of my now deceased mother. The rest of them were photos taken of my grandchildren and our Christmas that we spent together and the photos that we had taken at the final resting place of my mother. Go figure the first set of jump drives were messed up luckily the photos were still stored in my phone. I contacted the store by going back into the store and having the store manager tell me that he apologized and would have the jump drives re transferred over to new ones because these ones have gone bad and gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience this was on January 25th I stopped in on January 26th to pick up the jump drives brought them home and put them away January 30th I pulled out the jump drives to start going through photos to take a few photos out to make special gifts for family members for their upcoming birthdays Orin recognition of those that had passed that were coming up that were very special the jump drive that I opened was corrupt there's only a handful of photos that actually transferred over the rest are non readable unfortunately these photos are now lost forever. stop at the store to see if they could correct the issue went to the photo lab explain the situation to the young lady at the counter but then it turned told the manager that was behind the counter the situation I explained it was him they had taken care of me on the 25th my mistake I had told him a Sunday and he argued with me stating that he wasn't there on a Sunday true it was my mistake I picked up the flash drives on a Sunday they took down my name and number and said they would get back in touch with me to see what they could do about recovering these lost and Priceless photos. You see I wouldn't be so upset but these are photos now that have been deleted permanently to make more space on my phone and on the other devices in which they were on because I thought that they had been successfully transferred to jump drives much to my surprise the major majority of the 700 that were on my phone did not get transferred or saved. So what do I get in return I get a call from the manager saying they are unable to retrieve them from their system because their system doesn't hold on to the information I missed it by two days he apologize for the inconvenience and to bring in my receipt and I would get a refund. What does that do for me it doesn't give me the photos that have been lost that I won't ever be able to replace photos of the first Christmas of my mom's passing photos of my grandchildren decorating our first Christmas tree without my mom photos of our Christmas dinner together without our mother grandmother and great-grandmother gone. Side basically would suggest did anybody who wishes to transfer their files over that you double-check them before you leave the store and make sure that they didn't delete them from your files. This is not the first time that this is happened to me at this Walgreens now I'm devastated and overwhelmed and praying that somebody else had taken some of these photos and they have saved them so that I can now collect them again you see some of these photos where of my mother dancing with my son at his wedding a few months before she passed away. I can say that this Walgreens I thought was a horrible place because the horrible employees unfriendliness customer service in certain areas and now I can greatly tell you that this Walgreens has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life

Hands down worst Walgreens pharmacy ever - both drive thru and in person counter, but especially drive thru. Be prepared to wait for AT LEAST 10-15 minutes to either be seen or even complete your order, will most likely take longer regardless of your place in line. That's right, even if you're first and the only one there, you're either going to have an issue with your refill that requires you to wait or you're going to stand there and watch as multiple pharmacy techs walk by, look at you, say nothing as you continue to wait to be seen. Even if just for a pharmacy pick up! Oh and don't even bother advocating for yourself in any way, they'll just give you BS excuses for their negligence or tell you that you're no different than anyone else and you'll just have to wait. Even if they screw up your order somehow, then call you up to come get your Rx, they'll tell you to go back to the end of the line! Honestly, I won't even bother trying their walk-in clinic out of fear my symptoms will just worsen by waiting. I literally drive twice the distance to another clinic because I do not enjoy coming here at all. Solid ZERO on all customer service/patient experience reviews. I despise giving this location my money.

Do NOT go to the walk-in care at this location. I never leave reviews, am sick, but have to take the time to save other people's time. I walked in around 2:20 and didn't leave until 3:30. There was one person ahead of me so it wasn't extremely busy. K. Hamide checked me in, and couldn't fully get me registered, for 35-40 minutes. They're using a new system which I get, but healthcare is supposed to be a business of helping people. I watched her and the nurse practitioner who "saw" me get trained on the system while I was sitting there, the door was left open twice while I was in the room which is against patient privacy, an employee walked in without knocking to ask a question about the new system while I was being "seen." If you are looking for any type of urgency in care DO NOT come here!! Call Teledoc, buy all of the over counter meds, Google it...anything but go there!
