Purchased recently and Sam, Jesse and Chris were great to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable and were able to get us in and out in efficient time considering they stayed late on a Friday (during the CyberStrike windows crash). We live 200 miles from the dealership and couldn’t find this vehicle anywhere else so they were very accommodating giving us options for delivery, financing (APR and additional options), answering all of my questions, etc.
We would definitely recommend this dealership!! They listened to our needs and wants and acted accordingly! My husband has visited other dealerships and didn’t get much assistance (they just wanted to sell him used cars on the lot). We knew what we wanted, and what we wanted to pay and Ridings came through! Thank you so much Sam, Jesse and Chris!!

I brought my truck in to sell it and was very pleased with the offer. Sam helped us through all of that then helped us look at a new vehicle for my wife. He stayed late with us and got us a bunch of different keys to show us all the cars we were interested in. We made the decision to buy and both Sam and Chris made the process easy and not the typical “let’s get you in a car”. I would buy from Sam again anytime.

Thank you again for your help and patience in our search for a new car (to us) and finally finding the perfect car for us. I appreciate the way you worked with me and didn't pressure me into making a decision. I also appreciated how Chris took the time to explain the extended warranty options, something I hadn't considered, but I am glad that we included. This is the second car we have purchased from Ridings in Monticello and the first purchase experience was the reason I chose to search for our next car at Ridings.
