The lady I worked with tried to blame me for not providing forms that I didn't even know I needed because I came here for help??? Even when I had mentioned at the time of filing with her how I'd gotten an email saying I may need to file some more info. Then my taxes were rejected not once but 2 different times. Both were not my fault but was made to believe they were. I called and they didn't answer. I emailed and didn't get a response for hours during business hours so I filed my own taxes on tax free USA. Then I get a call from the lady at 9 pm that night getting BLAMED when I came there for HELPDon't waste your time here Cindy didn't do her job correctly and nobody ever called to apologize for the poor management of their customers.
