The 3 ladies that work there are great I don't think I've ever been to a DMV where the employees are nice Monticello is great loves the ladies there they are funny and interact with you I'll never go to another DMV but this one YOU LADIES ROCK!!!!!!!

Very rude!!!I've worked with the public all of my career and was taught to be polite and have manners. This place really lacks that. They tell us to come back at 2 just to wait an hour because there has to be 3 workers there for them to do driving tests.

Road tests generally are available until 30 minutes prior to closing; however, the number of customers waiting for road tests may necessitate an earlier cut-off time. If you are taking a road test, you must show a vehicle insurance card. Road tests will not be started after dark regardless of the time, and may be denied or discontinued due to unsafe road, weather or vehicle conditions.
