My entire experience at Rick Ridings was awesome. No pressure from our salesman,Reece Griffin, or sales manager, JP. Also, once we got back to the financing department there was no pressure to use their financing or purchase an extended warranty if you did not want one. It was an all around great truck buying experience.

Today 11/19/25 l drove to Monticello from Decatur for a drop the pan, change the fluid, filter, and gasket on my 2022 Ford Explorer transmission. (At 55,000 on odometer). After a miscommunication, on my part, which Cameron promptly took care of, everything was super. Kudos to the mechanic who went above and beyond, Cameron who did the same, and Ridings for an excellent service department. Thank you, thank you! I miss Ridings in Decatur where i have traded for 20-25 years. Thank you again Ridings Ford i Monticello.

I had a great experience at Rick Ridings. I came in several months ago and talked to Reece. I was looking at trucks and test-drove Ford, Ram, and GMC. I liked the GMC best, but the one on the lot didn’t have the exact specs and colors I wanted. I told them what I was looking for, and they took the time to find the perfect truck instead of pushing me to buy something right away.
When they finally found the right one, I went in, checked it out, and ended up buying it on the spot. The price on the truck AND the trade in for my current truck was so fair I didn’t even feel the need to haggle.
Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Rick Ridings and sales consultant Kevin was amazing! As a first time car-buyer he made it easy to understand and a comfortable experience. He definitely cares about his customers and their satisfaction and it shows as soon as you meet him. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a car especially first-time buyers like myself. Tony was a great guy to work with. The truck I was originally looking at wasn't going to work for what I needed. Tony found another truck that would meet the needs that I had for towing. It turned out to be an amazing truck for the price. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the truck and we give a big thank you to Tony and Rick Ridings Ford for helping us find our dream truck!!

I had a great experience at Rick Ridings with Hunter. I filled out a credit application online and he reached out to me to set up an appointment to come look at cars. I went on a Saturday where I was greeted immediately by Hunter. I let him know I did not know what kind of car I wanted. All I knew was my car wasn't doing well and I needed something reliable and affordable. Once we decided on the car, there was a lot of downtime waiting for the car to be detailed, but Hunter offered me a water and popcorn a few times. I am very happy with my 2024 Nissan Versa! I recommend working with Hunter.

We saw a car online and drove down to see it and had the pleasure of working with David Roberts, we had a great experience! My dad was looking at a 2016 ford explorer and it was worth the 2 hour drive. David also stayed in late for us despite having plans with his family and it was greatly appreciated! He’s a very nice and genuine person and I’m glad that we chose Rick Ridings Monticello!
