If I could leave negative stars, I would most definitely would. I brought my boost mobile phone in to have it reactivated. I didn't need a phone so I turned it off. The phone was off for a few months and needed a new SIM card to reactive it. I was told by boost care I could use the money I had on my account to buy the SIM at the store. That's where the problems started. The store would not allow me to pay with my account balance. In total reactivating my phone cost me around 200$ I go to make a call in the morning the next day and I wasn't connected to the network. It was 2 days after they reactivated my phone. I went back to the store and asked if they could help me figure out why I couldn't make calls text or anything. They then proceeded to tell me my phone($200 to reactivate 2 days before) was NoT compatible with the boost network. I spent free time to talk to boost care online. They said my phone was fine. 2 months later I bought a new phone.. I went to put the SIM card I just had activated 2 months before into the new phone. To find my SD card was not in my old phone. I saved all of the phone's operating hardware to the SD card. They forgot to put the card back on left it out on purpose. I have always had boost mobile and liked it. The morris store gives them a bad name.

Be careful with this place please because they lie to me every week about my acp and they still charge me monthly. Please do not shop here!!!

The store itself is fine, i always get adequate service whenni go there. However, the product they sell is terrible. Do not spend your money on boost mobile. It used to be a good service for the price, but the company has recently changed hands and it is terrible now. Theyre website litterally stole money from my bank account and they havent processed my refund nearly a week later. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. On top of that, i dont get service in many areas in town and for the last several weeks, i dont get half the text messages people try to send me. Go to the otherside of the store for your shipping/packaging needs. Avoid Boost Mobile at all costs.

The people who work at this particular location are extremely rude and snobby to EVERY person that walks in there. No matter how kind i am i get an awful attitude from the employees. Every. Single. Time.

They run their PO box service very bad I set up with them to notify me anytime something was in my mailbox never got anything so I stopped in there they said oh so we had a problem with our computer they set me up again went back this time I had a $100 red light ticket in my box that I was not notified of again whoops we had a problem with that The lady there was very rude to me
